The only great employee that helped me during my stay and was really friendly and cared for his guest to have a good stay and tried helping during my stay, also who helped me find the resort was Ricky. Another thing when you get to the resort they don't give you a tour or anything just expect you to guess your way around. If it wasn't for the chain being on the door they would have came in, not knowing if we were home and in what conditions. I was getting ready to come to the door when I hear they opened the door. Another time they were coming to fix an issue with the wifi early in the morning my family was resting they knocked loudly banging the door and woke up my kids. They never did I complained and ask for them again and they said they bring them I checked and realized they did this while I wasn't in the house which I did not approve that.

One of the times I had asked for batteries for the TV remote and they said they couldn't give them to me they would bring them WHILE am there. That am aware of they did this twice during my stay. If it were not for the daily climb up and down to the second floor, I would have given the resort an excellent. We ordered out and had to meet the delivery man by the security entrance. We appreciated that there was security in place. If we felt like cooking, there was a full kitchen available to us. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised! The place was huge!! We didn't realize that it would be so big! It made us sorry that we didn't bring other family members along. We also could not get any assistance bringing our luggage the stairs. We are both disabled and asked for a first floor room, but there was nothing available.
There is no elevator to get to the upper floors. We arrived at our building and found that we were on the second floor. My husband and I stayed here while we were looking into moving to Florida.
